The PIRIT Heated Hoses solve a myriad set of problems for anyone who needs to deliver water outdoors in below freezing temperatures. Farmers who need to water livestock, horse owners, gardeners, RV owners, and outdoor contractors are only a few of the potential users of PIRIT Heated Hoses. PIRIT Hoses have electrical cord sets attached to them which, when plugged in, activate the heating element which is built into the hose material. All PIRIT Heated Hoses are made with PVC material which is FDA-approved for potable water, knit-re-enforced and made with high-quality nickel-plated brass fittings. The PIRIT Water Line is for anyone who needs to use a hose in below-freezing temperatures. Depending on need, leave it plugged in 24-7 or simply plug it in only when in use. The thermostatically controlled Water Line is set to activate the heating element if the ambient temperature outside the hose is +/- 45 degrees F. and to turn off the heating element of the ambient temperature reaches +/- 57 degrees F. If left plugged in, it will never allow water to freeze inside. If left unplugged with water inside, the water will freeze. Just plug it in before use, give it a few minutes (depending on how cold it is outside) to thaw and you'll have running water again. The PIRIT Water Line is the only heated hose on the market today that has been certified to UL and CSA safety standards for outdoor electronic products. PIRIT Hoses have electrical cord sets attached to them which, when plugged in, activate the heating element which is built into the hose material. All PIRIT Heated Hoses are made with PVC material which is FDA-approved for potable water, and are knit-re-enforced with high-quality nickel-plated brass fittings.

Homemade Solar Panels Made Easy

!±8± Homemade Solar Panels Made Easy

The solar panels at home is not as difficult as you might imagine. In short, a solar panel, a weatherproof box with a top light, solar cells welded together in a configuration that provides the desired output voltage of houses.

I am an electrical contractor in northern MN a few years already and I can not see solar panels installed for every year! Even here, where I swear that only when the sun was below the 20Zero! Well, maybe I exaggerate a little, 'but my point is that solar energy is more than just a hobby or an expensive experiment.

It is still very expensive, have a contractor come and install a complete solar panel and tie it to your home electric bill eliminates the power completely. (Approximately $ 30,000 to start)

This does not mean that we can not use a little ingenuity and a solar power system to us for a fraction of the cost! The first andimportant part of a solar system is the solar collector, of course.

So, once again, that our home-made solar panels, usually is. Simple and inexpensive to make durable wooden case you do not need a special wood for us are the coating with a UV inhibitor and protective sealant over the battlefield. We are also the joints with silicone to protect against moisture.

The tip should be clear evidence of UV-Plexiglas, to keep the sun from turning color. Thethe transparent Plexiglas that our solar system more efficient!

Now we have the courage of the jury, the solar cells receive. The solar cells have an upside and a downside. We are welding in order to combine the positive to negative from positive to negative and so on ... with so-called "wire Tab". Tab Wire is a wire that is flattened, a little 'like a piece of metal tape. You could wire set, but the card makes wire set only the cellsmuch more beautiful, because the card wire from the rear of the cells are on the front of the cells.

Most of the time that we try to obtain a usable output voltage of 12 volts. Since the solar cells to produce not 100% we connect enough cells in series (+ to -) to generate a maximum of 16 volts. This lasts for 32 cells, each of which is 0.5 volts. Ultimately, the choice of the number of cells that you want to use for each module, but if you're going, connect multiple panels together, then you arewant to keep all the same output voltage.

This information should give you the security you need to go further with the next steps for more in-depth step by step instructions if you need it. (It really helped to follow graphics and video!) And sneak up to the start of their materials homemade solar panels.

Temperature-controlled cable runs straight along pipe and valves, held in place by application tape and plugs into grounded electrical outlet. Keeps water flowing down to -380. For odd lengths of pipe over 3/4-inch in diameter, we recommend two separate cables on opposite sides of the pipe with up to 3-feet of overrun at center of pipe run. Metal pipe requires 1/2-inch fiberglass insulation around cable. For plastic pipe, its recommended wrapping pipe with aluminum foil before cable installation. The traditional resistance cable produces a fixed amount of heat based on the electrical line feed. It comes with a built-in thermostat that switches the flow of electricity on and off based on temperature. Cable installs fast and easy. Each package contains grounded plug, built in thermostat and instructions. Cable has weather resistant PVC outer jacket and inner insulation. Keeps water flowing down to 40 F.
